Training and internal comms video
Internal film is the least glamorous and often the most used. Induction films, process and safety training, and messages from leadership that need to reach people who are not in the room. Bought by HR, operations and L&D teams, usually because the same briefing is being delivered in person forty times a year.

Should this be one film or several?
Almost always several. A twenty minute induction film gets skipped; six three-minute modules get watched, and they can be updated one at a time when a process changes.
Do we need subtitles?
For internal training, yes. People watch on shared machines and shop floors with the sound off, and captions are an accessibility requirement in most organisations. Burned-in captions add roughly half a day of edit.
Can you update a film when the process changes?
Yes, if we still hold the rushes. We keep them for 90 days as standard, so on training films it is worth paying the £30 a year to archive them rather than reshooting later.

Days of filming, number of locations, how complex the edit is. That's enough for a real number.
