Case study film production

A case study film is your customer explaining what changed, in their words. It does the job a written testimonial cannot, because a face and a voice are harder to dismiss than a pull quote. Bought by sales and marketing teams who need something to send mid-pipeline, when a prospect believes the pitch but not the proof.

Common questions

Our customer is nervous about being filmed. Does that work?

Usually yes, once they are in the room. We send questions in advance, keep the crew to two people and do not use a teleprompter. Most people relax within ten minutes because it is a conversation, not a performance.

Who approves the final film, us or the customer?

Agree that before filming. Most clients give their customer a courtesy review for factual accuracy while keeping editorial approval themselves. Two full approval chains doubles the revision rounds.

Can you film several case studies in one trip?

If the sites are close together, yes. Two in a day is realistic, three is tight and usually shows in the quality of the third.

Tell us the three things

Days of filming, number of locations, how complex the edit is. That's enough for a real number.
